incredible company you're working for. I mean, one of the largest, if not the largest, property management franchises.

That's pretty incredible.

How did you get into this new opportunity that you're working at right now?

Yeah.

What a fun question. I'll try to give

the short version because it was quite the journey. But 2006, about two decades ago now,

I quit a great corporate job in the wine industry. People still look at me funny when I say

I left the wine industry. But I worked at the time for the largest single source of alcohol,

which is still fun to say in the most important market,
