me. What an intro. I know it's really good to meet you because we met at the Royal Parks Half

Marathon. Yeah. You just smashed that race. You were so good. You do a lot of running. I do. So,

yeah, I do all sorts of distances. I literally, with that race at the Royal Parks,

I don't know where that came from. I actually think it was a crowd that got me through, because my

training for that was minimal. I've been training up for an ultra and be going very slowly before.

And so, yeah, I don't, I don't know where the speed came from, really. I got my P.B at the Royal Parks Half Marathon a few years ago.
