to get everyone motivated and feeling good because you know we're we're moving into 2023 and, you know, you might have done them the first week, but maybe you've fallen off the bandwagon already and you just maybe need to just go back and start again because you don't have to necessarily do them, you know, along with us. You can go back and follow them. You could start now if you haven't done them before. Yeah. Yeah. And that's the beauty of it. There's so much versatility you can do it at home anytime. You don't need anything else. You just need a small
