Hello there, welcome back to the Run Pod, 2023 strength sessions. I can't believe it, but we are now on week seven. I'm Jenny Faulkner, and to be honest, I haven't come up with these exercises and this workout. It's all down to Mike Gornel, Coach Mike from CrossFit Putney.
