fourth occasion to address a joint session of Congress.

president was still a candidate, It's just before Mr. Biden's

decision to step aside for his vice president. Mr. Netanyahu laid out a case for

why Iran is the driver of the chaos in the Middle East.

There's no doubt that Benjamin Netanyahu is, among other things, a political creature,

and so is each and every member of the United States Congress.

So Netanyahu certainly hoped to gain political advantage by addressing the United

States Congress. By the way you mentioned his fourth time,'s right. I'm not a hundred percent sure about this but I think that actually may be a record

He either tied or exceeded Winston Churchill with that fourth address to a joint session of Congress.

So Netanyahu meant to score political points back home and the the invitation was initiated by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson

against the wishes of the White House.
