agreement for troops, but you get my point. And I think when it comes to places like the DR, you

won't only see a discussion, as I said earlier, about immigration, but about the problems that

the Venezuelan regime in Cuba, in supporting the Venezuelan regime, are reeking on the region.

It is notable, John, that the secretary isn't going, as he said, to Mexico or Colombia.
