| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone, it's K-Sunga here. I just want to let you know that we've launched a brand |
| 0:07.0 | new call and advice podcast called Dear Headspace. Each week the headspace teachers, along |
| 0:14.6 | with some amazing new friends, are answering your questions about relationships, work, |
| 0:20.8 | life, mindfulness, and just about everything else. It's so different from anything we've |
| 0:27.5 | ever created and we're so excited for you to hear it. Dear Headspace comes out every |
| 0:33.2 | Tuesday on the Headspace app and anywhere that you listen to podcasts. Thanks for listening. |

| 1:53.6 | to think about this. A little bit like you word when learning any skill. The qualities |
| 1:59.7 | of mindfulness need to be practiced and not just in a meditation session. This is where |
| 2:06.4 | post meditation comes into play. The more we can remind ourselves to intentionally bring |
| 2:14.8 | our attention into the present moment, no matter what we're doing, we're practicing |
| 2:19.4 | mindfulness. The fact that my friend noticed that she was finding she was getting distracted |
| 2:26.0 | and caught up in the day actually means that she's training that muscle. And it's the |
| 2:31.3 | same in an actual meditation session when you find that it's going horribly wrong because |
| 2:35.9 | you notice how busy the mind is. You don't realise that the noticing is actually training |
