We all know that how you feel on the inside radiates to the people on the outside.

And for people like you and I, we want to bring good energy to the meetings, to the Zoom

sessions, to the phone calls, just to walking into Starbucks.

We want to bring good energy because that's the kind of people we are, right?

So here's my question.

When was the last time you did a little social cleansing?

Specifically, look at your Facebook, look at Instagram, look at LinkedIn, look at Twitter,

look at TikTok, look at all these sites that we spend our time on and ask yourself this

question.

This person right now that I'm following, do they bring me energy?

Do I feel better because I saw their post, checked out their video, watched their message,

did I learn something, did I get a dopamine rush?

Like, wow, I didn't know that.

I'm going to take action on that.

If that's the case, continue to follow them, but just consider.

If I'm bringing you bad energy right now, if you're watching this, you're like Tom Ferry,

you make me mad because I'm not doing this stuff, screw you, then I say, unfollow me.

That's like I would tell you to unfollow the sites and the people that when you look

at it, it like triggers you.

You get upset.

It's information that doesn't inspire you, doesn't make you feel good.

I'm not talking about facts and data that maybe we need as business professionals to keep
