mundane tasks that you might do day in and day out and to treat yourself as if you were going

to the beach or going on a vacation.

Some of you actually are on vacation,

I've heard from, but for many of you,

you are going about your daily life.

And when you switch things up a bit,

as you did in this series, you start to feel refreshed, whether or not you've gone anywhere

exciting. So you can find the excitement in your life, the things you see

each day that you get used to, you can take them for granted. But when you change even one thing,

you can start to see your life through new eyes. I saw a video on Facebook of all places. It was

one of those short video clips and they had interviewed people who were in very happy

relationships of all ages people who've been married for a full spectrum of people in happy relationships.

And these people were inter- happy relationships.

And these people were interviewed and hands down.

The reason they said they were in happy relationships, their relationship secret or success, had to do with the small consistent daily interactions,

interactions, the connection.
