Summary

Episode #279 begins with a voicemail mocking us because of Veterans' Day (well, one of us in particular). We talk a bit about our new studio and then touch upon the latest impeachment developments, after which we turn our attention to the various health benefits of being vegan (which Christian promises he is not). We hear from a caller who singlehandedly solves the bee population problem with science, and are treated to another listener's rendition of a relevant '80s TV theme song.

And granted, I'm, I mean, the casino is not like a normal snapshot of America. Or is or is it uh it might be it's a bunch of

So we are recording our very first episode in our new drunk ex-pastors studios. Yeah, I just posted a picture on Instagram. I used that term liberally. You did? Of me? And sweats and a t-shirt? No, no, it was just me. I was holding my shot, my DXP shot glass. And I just said episode 279. Okay. And I got the mics in the background. Okay. Because the room was mostly done the other day when you came over. Uh-huh. But none of the equipment was set up. And then the equipment was set up. And we had literally just been waiting for the guy who was doing the work to finish. And we like pulled the chairs in and watched TV. Yeah. And so now it's a couple days later and we've got everything set up. We don't have everything set up the way we want it. We just have, uh, it's better than it was, obviously. Yeah. It's 70. 70. 70. 0 degrees in here. Yeah. Which is insane. Yeah. Feels great. And great. And we're comfortable for the most part.

Well, I mean, I didn't want to drink. There's whiskey. Yeah, but I didn't want to drink whiskey. not that I'm going to work in an hour and a half or anything.
