some pounding and banging everybody. Yep. And that's because we're remodeling the studio down the basement.

By we, Jason means that I have hired people to create a new podcast studio for us.

So we're doing that.

And this was something, it was kind of spur of the moment a few weeks ago.

I had Jason the neighbor come over and asked him, you know, uh, what would it take just to build out this room, bare bones room.

Like, you know, so that we're not, uh, drowning in, and rat poop and and freezing to death. And, you know, so that we're not drowning and rat poop and freezing to death.

And yeah, that room, I'm sure people who have listened to the podcast, who have listened to the podcast, no, rarely gets over 50 degrees.

Even if you get a propane, propane heater down there.

Yeah.

It's like, it'll look like 52, 53, maybe if we have it going all day long. Yeah, which will cost like $700 a month. Yeah. Dude, we're as far away as we've ever been from each other while recording this. Yeah, but that's the magic of technology. It doesn't sound like we're far away. No. No, we're just right. Yeah. Why can't we do this but just long distance? Because you're like 10 feet away from me or something, 12 feet away from me. Yeah, probably something like that. Yeah, that's as far away as we've ever been. But I feel closer to you than ever in my heart. Yeah. Well, anyway, I had Jason come over and, you know, what would this take?

And could we do it for X amount of money?

And he's like, yeah, you know, I think so.

And then, of course, as every project goes, it has just snowballed to where it's like,

well, you know what, it would be cool to also be able to use this as an office.

And even to have people sleep here would be nice. And you know what? If we move the laundry room over a little bit, like we could, you know, insulate it and be it could all, you know. And so now it's like, I don't even, I don't even want to know how much it's going to end up costing. Well, while he's at it, you know what you really need to do.
