plan for resistance. I want you to plan on it. I tell people all the time, if Jimmy said to me,

how I want to run a marathon or hey, you know, I want to lose 15 pounds or any initiative,

any change that we want to create in our life, you have to accept the fact there's going to be

resistance. Someone's going to say to you, why are you barking so hard? Right? Someone's going to,

maybe a spouse is going to say, well, you're really putting in the extra hours and I miss you and

I want you home. And I'm a happily married guy. So Jimmy, like we understand, that's important,

which is why when I do initiatives like this, I tell my spouse what I'm committed to.

I tell my kids what I'm committed to. I tell my office mates what I'm committed to.

But the resistance that most of you will face, it's going to be the resistance in your head.

You're going to be like, oh my goodness, I've done so much. I've got so much opportunity.

I built up so many leads. I'm getting overwhelmed, coach. I can't handle it all.

That's the resistance I need you to work through.
