Is that what was going on? The cameras on our phones really have changed things. Yeah, and social media. But what happens when someone has a legit complaint and they're really nice and polite about it? Like one woman who just wanted to say, you should probably not allow bicycles inside the coffee shop because they get mud everywhere.
