It seems like all of us have negative thoughts and feelings we ought to let go of—like expectations, grudges, certain beliefs and judgements. But we hang on to them. Our guest on this episode, Peter Russell says we shouldn’t!  Peter is a world-renowned author and teacher who believes the critical challenge today is to free human thinking from the limited beliefs and attitudes that lie behind so many of our personal, social and global problems. Peter earned degrees in theoretical physics, psychology, and computer science at the University of Cambridge in England, where he studied for a time with Stephen Hawking.  Peter’s latest book is called "Letting Go of Nothing: Relax Your Mind and Discover the Wonder of Your True Nature".
