That was the number one way. Also people mentioned doing yoga because they felt like they were learning

something, they were using their bodies, and they also were addressing their emotional needs with the different poses.

So I am curious as to how you're doing and I also want to let you know that if you find that you really haven't been

doing your rituals, that's okay. It's the awareness that's going to help move you forward at your own time and your own pace

So go easy on yourself. There's no shame or blame or judgment. Just notice what you need in your life and how you can support yourself the way you need it most.
