I'm so excited to hear for today's episode because this is a topic that I've never really

talked about, especially not in this way.

So let me just kind of set the back story here and get you on the same page.

So I stumbled upon a piece of content that was created by a woman that I do not know

who had a lot of criticism.

I definitely wouldn't call this constructive criticism, just straight criticism about

me and how I show up here on the podcast on social media and my business and my life,

honestly.

Again, I don't know this person, but she has gathered a lot of information about me.
