this week's challenge. Every week you have a challenge that's a way to have a little fun with the meditation

theme of the week and our theme this week is daily escapes to peace.

So this is a peaceful meditation series.

And I like you to keep this series in mind

whenever you feel like you want to simply explore guided peace

meditations. So the primary focus is to meditate this week. There'll be less

insight and this is going to be to meditate this week. There'll be less insight

Think of it just as you would working out

or doing any kind of exercise. This is you putting peace into

practice as you give yourself experiences of peace this week. Remember you can cultivate any emotion you want to feel. Those

emotions are there. They are within you. Draw out peace this week. This is such a special week as we celebrate major

holidays and as we get ready to close out the new year. So your challenge for this week is also going to immerse

yourself in peace. It is a soothing silence quest. So pause for a minute, at least a minute of silence.

And try to do this three times a day when you wake up in the morning,

when you pause and maybe have lunch in the middle of your day, and then as you go to bed at night and when you're experiencing this silence allow

it to ground you and notice what our affirmation is this week. Peace is all around you.
