This is a book I've recommended for you several times,

as we've meditated together over these past nine years,

and in fact, I shared this book with you in last week's series as you go on a quest.

And you may remember in the interview when I asked Jada why this book was so meaningful for her,

and she said it was because it was about a journey,

and she said that she feels that she has been on a very unique journey

as she manages a diagnosis later in life of ADHD,

learning how to live with it, and this prompted her to start a meditation ritual,

so it created a beautiful journey for her.
