I'm Mary Mechley and here you are again showing up for yourself doing one of the best things

0:16.2

for yourself that you could possibly do as you get ready to give yourself a little more

0:22.6

peace, energy and clarity as you meditate today.

0:27.1

Well, I'm honored to continue to share with you a meditation series that your fellow

0:34.8

meditator, Jayada created for you. She came up with a theme, the challenge and all the techniques

0:45.6

and the recommended book, which is by Paolo Cuello, the alchemist. What an ideal book for this week's

0:59.1

theme, a radical acceptance and I'm wondering how you are coming along with your challenge that

Jayada selected for you this week. Your challenge is to create a new narrative for your life

1:36.3

create a vision board and I really enjoy the way the course creator recommended we actually do

1:45.9

a vision journal. So many of you I know journal and I do too and so what I've done in my journal is

I've pasted photos or mementos or words that I write down anything that represents what I hope

2:08.3

to usher into my life. So what I did is I created categories. So on one page of my journal I have

2:18.3

personal goals, my personal vision board goals, relationship goals, fitness goals, career goals and

2:29.4

dreams, things that I really would love to do, kind of like a bucket list. You may find this to be

2:39.2

helpful for you as you create a new narrative for your life because what I've discovered as I've

2:44.8

been doing this is I've been thinking about what it is I really want. What am I striving for? What

2:54.2

are some of my values and goals? And as I reflect on this I'm realizing that some of the things

3:04.5

I'm leaning towards these days aren't necessarily representative of my values or what I really want

3:13.2

in my life. This is helping me with clarity and I wish the same for you. So as an extra challenge
