2:54.2 | And I know that when I do this, I'm going to put my focus on something else, something else more peaceful. |
3:05.4 | So what I've decided to do is to spend more time looking at cookbook recipes and health books so that I'm doing something good for myself. |
3:10.4 | I've wanted to start cooking more because I haven't been cooking as much as I usually do. |
3:19.1 | So I want to become inspired by looking at different recipes and exploring food options. |
3:28.3 | So this is how I plan to bring peace into my week. |
