This is episode 1001. Welcome to the Daily Meditation podcast. And welcome to a brand new series. We're beginning on peace. In fact, in this series, you're going to discover how to uncover peace, peace within you as well as peace

in the world around you. And you might think that may be a challenge. In fact, you may feel as though peace seems to evade you these days

because there's so much distraction, fear, frustration, and uncertainty in many places in the world.

And so this series will help you to uncover peace that exists already within you and around you.

And as you go through this series, I want to point out some tools.

These tools are a guide with all the different meditation techniques organized for you, as well as a journal.

And the journal, I highly recommend you keep a journal this week because as you uncover peace, you may have a lot of reflections.

or the other emotions that are extra heightened these days. And it's kind of like when you buy a new car and you're really excited about
