I know peace is a top commodity these days and a lot of people don't realize that peace is right there within you.

Mudras are a way you position your hands and it is considered to stimulate a corresponding region of your brain.

There are a lot of nerve endings on your fingertips and hands.

So when you stimulate them or hold them in a particular way it's similar to acupressure or yoga.

So the mudra you could start to do as you meditate this week is called the Anjali mudra.
