the theme is the power of positivity and in today's episode you're going to be

been guided through meditations for gratitude, for love, for joy and for

peace. Today you're going to be guided as you experience clarity. Clarity can

help you focus on the goodness all around you and in fact that is the

affirmation for this week's series. All good things come to me. As you're

guided in today's meditation I thought I would share with you a few aspects

of clarity to help you along your journey. One of the most important things when

you are focusing on clarity is to create some space. Your mind processes

everything that crosses your field of vision. So when you're able to identify

what matters most to you and eliminate the distractions this will often guide

you to feel much more clarity about whatever it is you're focusing on. And when

you do have this space this is going to help you focus on one thing at a time.

Many times when we have a lot of clutter around us or we're jumping from one

thing to the next maybe listening to the news then jumping into social media

getting some work done then hopping into a conversation with someone. It's much

better for your brain to categorize what it is you are focusing on at the moment

and to have some clarity to where you finish what you're doing or give yourself a

clear pause a clear break knowing that you'll come back to whatever it is
