This is a hectic time of year as I record this.

There's a lot going on and you may have a lot going on in your life and you just can't seem to find any peace. The affirmation

is peace is all around me and maybe you just couldn't find it.

So I encourage you to really evaluate

what is holding you back from peace,

what's holding you back from even noticing peace in your environment.

And I'll share with you that the most peaceful people enter a room, come to a new place, meet a new person, and they automatically

start zeroing in on peace and they find it. Think about your goals. Think about

the things you really want to do. You start seeing it everywhere. It's like a car you're

interested in and suddenly you see it everywhere. Well that's what peace is like too. You begin to notice when others

are experiencing peace and then you might apply what you observed from them into your own life and that's perfectly fine.

Whatever brings you peace, do it.

I also want to mention that there is no shame or blame or judgment if you're having trouble
