You're exploring this week. It's all about reclaiming your inner peace.

There are so many distractions in the world.

There's a lot of anxiety and stress, and it really doesn't matter what era we're living through,

because we always experience stress in our life. We always experience joy.

We experience the full range of human emotions, and there are times when the emotions that are

more intense can make it more difficult for us to focus on peace, and so that's what this week's

series is all about. It's helping you to reclaim your sense of peace.

What you think, what you do, the habits you create each day, as I'm sure you've heard again and

again, create your life. When you begin to choose peace and allow yourself to actually experience

peace in your body, you begin to live in peace. No matter what is going on around you, you begin

to consciously choose peace. So if you're talking to someone, and you notice that the conversation is

escalating, and maybe on some days you feel strong enough to absorb that kind of tense, anxious

conversation, but maybe you're experiencing a day where you are not so stable. You're feeling more

in certainty. Maybe there were some things that set you off earlier in the day, or maybe you're

experiencing apprehension about certain things that might be coming up throughout your day.

And so you decide that you need to choose peace. You need to break away from the conversation,

change the topic. You need to do what you need to do for yourself to maintain your sense of peace.

So it's a constant balancing act to tune into how you're feeling and what you need. And then,

this is the important part that we often fail to do. And that is to meet your needs. Do what
