This is a week where you're going to explore more deeply your inner peace.

Your inner peace is there, it's within you.

All you need to do is tune into it and cultivate it so that it becomes a regular part of your life.

Not something that you do when you have time or when things are going well in your life and you feel inner peace.

Inner peace is always there waiting for you.

So this is a week where you're going to get to know your inner peace more intimately.

Now I want to say that I received so many messages from you reaching out to me about a car accident I was in.

And I want to let you know that I am fine.

In fact, that series was recorded several years ago when the accident happened.

I was replaying a meditation series for you, which I often receive requests to do.

I have nearly 3,000 recorded guided meditations and it would take you nine years to listen to the entire library of meditations that I recorded.

So I receive requests to select certain series to replay for you.

And so that series was recorded more than six years ago when my son and I were involved in an accident.

And all as well, we are completely recovered and healed from that accident.

And I heard from many of you about your own accidents and those experiences make your life stand still.

And that is when we often tune into our inner peace because we have experienced such a disruption and we need a way to get back on track.

And so tuning into your inner peace is what you're most inclined to do whenever you experience a loss in your life or something that seems to place you on a new trajectory.

And I hear from many of you as well that you came to meditation because of some pain in your life.

Many of you are going through a health scare or an accident or you're wanting to change careers or you're moving.
