Mechley and I honor you for what you're doing for yourself right now as you

0:16.3

get ready to give yourself a little more peace, energy and clarity as you

meditate. In today's episode, you're going to be guided in an affirmation for

0:30.6

inner peace. Our theme we're exploring throughout this whole week is inner

0:37.3

of stressors. So inner peace is there within you. It's that current within your life that is

2:30.2

truly you. This is you at your core. And one of the best ways to begin to tap into this

2:44.2

flow of peace in your life is to repeat an affirmation to focus your thoughts that will help you

2:56.5

with this deliberate state of psychological or spiritual calm. Affirmations are a powerful

3:05.7

statement you repeat. The best time to repeat an affirmation is when you wake up in the morning
