clarity. How are you doing today? We are exploring a theme of inner peace this week and I gave you

I think it's just as important to move your body as it is to calm your mind and sometimes you

may not always have the chance to sit down and meditate but if you could do a meditation technique

then you will begin to notice a little more peace in your life. So your peace walk is not necessarily
