confident and empowered and I want to ask you how your meditation challenge is coming

Every week we focus on a challenge all week long and your challenge this week is to go

on a kindness quest where you're kind to your loved ones, family members, neighbors,

colleagues, strangers and to yourself.

When you wake up in the morning think about what you can do to be kind, schedule kindness

I want to share with you what Dr. Rick Hansen, a noted psychologist, had to say about fear

He says, fear arises when threats seem bigger than resources.

To be safer we need to decrease actual threats and increase actual resources.
