This is episode 1761. Welcome back to your daily guided meditation. How are you doing today?

Second day of your cleanse journey this week. And I want to ask you, how are you coming along with your daily challenge?

If you're not used to doing a daily challenge, it can be easy to forget about it. So I want to ask you right now to just give yourself one peaceful moment by giving yourself one peaceful thought.

Right now your challenge is to give yourself three peaceful moments today and each day this week. So right now give yourself this peaceful moment and repeat to yourself today's affirmation.

Peace is within me. Just silently to yourself reflect on the peace within you and do it right now.

Very nice. Do you feel a little more refreshed?

Very nice. Do you feel a little more refreshed? Your cleanse is a time when you leave behind your cares, your fears, your doubts and you allow yourself to be who you are.

The distractions, the stress, the anxiety that covers up who you are, there may be layers and layers of that that you will be removing this week to feel refreshed.

Keep in mind this week that you are at your essence as we all are spiritual beings, living a human experience.

So keep in touch with your spirit and your spirit is peace. You are at your core peace. Your body is simply a vehicle to allow your spirit to experience the world.

Once you step out of the fear, overwhelm the self-doubt and you give yourself silence as you do when you meditate, you see that you do indeed belong to peace.

So now let's repeat the affirmation for this week which I encourage you to repeat each morning when you wake up and each evening when you go to bed.

Make this a commitment to your spirit, your true inner nature to allow it to flow within you. Peace is within me.

We'll repeat it several different ways to allow your consciousness to experience the truth of this affirmation within you on many different levels.

So as you get ready to meditate, sit up straight, close your eyes, keeping them slightly elevated at the point between your eyebrows.

Inhale a nice deep inhale, drawing your breath inward and upward to the point between your eyebrows. This is your intuition, your seat of wisdom.

Exhale through your nose releasing your breath, your cares, your fears.

Allowing this moment of truth to flow within you.

Relax your face, soften your jaw, relax your neck and your throat.

Relax your shoulders and your chest.

Relax your arms, relax your hands.

Inhale your stomach, soften, letting go of the tension you may hold there.
