Paul is a senior at The University of Colorado Boulder. He formerly ran for Flordia State, where he significantly contributed to the program. Through these experiences, Paul has had the privilege of being under the prestigious Coach Bob Braman and Coach Mark Wetmore.
Paul holds PRs of 14:24 (5k), 23:20 (8k), and 30:10 in the 10k at altitude and on the grass. He was All-ACC in 2019 and 71st at NCAA XC 2019, & Top 20 in PAC-12 XC in 2023.
In today's conversation, Paul goes through his passion for coaching, thoughts on different training ideologies, his years at FSU/Colorado, his future ambitions, and much more!
