Overcoming resistance sometimes seems like one of the hardest things we could ever do, because we’re, well, resistant to doing it! Hey, if you ever felt like you're trying to run as fast as you can, but it's like metaphorically

or even like an athlete, you've got a parachute on your back that's just that resistance

that's stopping you from actually going out, performing at your optimum, doing all the

things you want to do, it's the resistance.

One of the things that I've identified is just too many people have all of these incompletes,

these open loops like, oh man, you know, I got to call my mom and apologize because

I was really mean to her a couple of weeks ago, or you know what, God, I've been talking

about getting the garage cleaned up and I just haven't done it, it's just, it's bugging

me, you know, oh, God, I really, I know I got to work on my finances, but I haven't, right?

And what happens is, all of a sudden you've got all these incompletes and it's like the

parachute that's slowing you down from optimal performance, it just gets bigger and bigger

and harder and harder because you've got all these things that you just simply haven't

closed out.

And what I would challenge you on today is, look, life is really short, life is about

living, being energetic, loving, having fun, being fully self expressed, being up to

go and do the things that we know your capable of, it's really hard when you have too many

incompletes and too much resistance for today, make up a list of the things that are a burden,

that are bugging you, that you're just like, why haven't I just gotten that done?

Then if you would, prioritizing, do the easy stuff first, I don't care, just start closing

the loops because TikTok, TikTok, life is short, it goes by really quick, why not close

the loops and accelerate into the kind of life you deserve.
