I'm Mary Mechley and welcome to Day 5 of our series.

This week we're exploring the theme of Managing Procrastination.

And in today's episode, you're going to be guided as you focus on

completing what it is you've been procrastinating about.

This week you've had the challenge to wake up a little earlier than you usually do.

In fact, you've been invited to join what is referred to as the 5am club.

And we've been following along with the book by Robin Sharma, who is a well-known

motivational speaker, author, and coach, and he wrote a book called The 5am Club.

And in this book, he talks about how the hours between 5 and 8 are your most productive hours.

And there's a lot of research to support this in regard to, for example,

Ayurvedic Medicine where actually it is 45 minutes before sunrise so that may or may not be

near 5am for you depending on the time of year. And it's during these hours

where your brain is considered to be most creative. And I do find that for myself as well.

If you are waking up early every day this week and you're feeling as though it's still really

difficult to wake up a little earlier, try to take this concept of the 5am club and fit it into

a schedule that's going to work for you. So you might wake up half an hour earlier or even an hour

earlier. Maybe you wake up at 7 so you might want to wake up at 6 or 6.30 or you could wake up at

your regular time but you might even want to structure your time a little differently

to where you're allowing for this creativity. And what does that look like? Most productivity

experts will tell you that how you start your day is often the way you move through your day

and end your day. So when you start the day off right, meaning that you might do some exercise,
