I'm Mary Mechley and I welcome you to day four of the series we're exploring this week.

You are focusing on resetting your nervous system.

And in today's episode you're going to be guided as you begin to tolerate difficult emotions.

I'm guiding you through a process where each day you're adding on to a new skill to help you reset your reaction to difficult emotions.

A moodra may be a new technique you're not so familiar with.

They are considered to be yoga in your hands.

It's similar to acupressure and yoga.

It's where you position your hands or fingers in a particular way that is considered to stimulate a corresponding region of your brain.

So your moodra for this week is called the Kalisvara Moodra.
