And the other side of that kind of flow space is that space of accountability and creating goals and habits always feels good, especially when we first start out but trying to stick with them. What I invite you to do first is just take one deep breath in and in and very deep and then let it go.

Next I'm going to walk you through what we're going to do. So you just continue to breathe in and out as you listen to it. Don't do it yet. Just listen to what I have to say and then we'll do it together.

A lot of times I have found when I feel blocked to my creativity or block to that flow of possibility fun and magic. It's because I have this kind of chronic tension going on in my body, my mind or both.

So what we're going to do is this we're going to make our whole body really really tight. Don't do it yet. We're going to breathe in. We're going to hold the breath at the top and then we're going to make our whole body. Don't do it yet.

Our whole body really really tight like tighten your toes make fist with your hands scrunch your face up all of the things. Remember your clutes remember your stomach just your whole body is going to become tighter and tighter.

I'm going to count from five to zero as you hold your breath and tighten your body and then on zero we're going to let it go and we're going to shake it out at the same time for the next couple of breaths. Are you ready? Just follow along. You've got this.

So go ahead take a deep breath in breathe in and hold it at the top make your whole body so very tight from head to toe at five, four, three, tighter and tighter. Squish everything up to one, so very tight now.

And zero let it go let it go let the breath go let the muscles go wiggle about shake it out whatever feels good. And then on the breath in maybe breathe your shoulders up to your ears and then on the breath out.

Let it all go again move your head from side to side whatever feels good breathe in maybe slightly tightening and then let it all go again.

And one more breath breathing in just slightly tightening and then let it go roll your shoulders roll your neck roll your hips your hands your feet let it go.

And imagine yourself as a melty blob having let it all go don't forget to breathe.

Breathe deep let it go. Next what I invite you to do is gently turn your attention inward to the top of your head or forehead wherever in that area feels the most relaxingly natural.

And for the next few exhales just imagining your space between your eyes your forehead the top of your head the back of your head or wherever it feels the most natural to gently place your attention to.

Imagine on every exhale it just becomes melt here or relaxed drifting open.

And what would it be like in that drifting open place.
