Hi, it's Andy here and welcome to Radio Headspace and to Monday morning. To not so long ago, I moved

country with my family and I had a few weeks I guess of experiencing many things for the

last time, at least the last time in that environment. And it was really interesting, just noticing

sort of how the mind wanted to process that. So you know, it might have been something

as simple as driving home from work. There was a particular ocean view I used to drive

by every day and it was sort of a significant moment in the day where I would always ensure

that at that moment in the road I would look to my left and I would look out and it was

just a beautiful scene of the ocean in the distance. And then there were other things,

you know, more simple things. Walking down a particular street it might have been seeing

a particular person. But there were many, many moments that happened every day and yet

took on greater significance knowing that it was the last time, knowing that it wouldn't

necessarily happen again. There's something interesting I think in that. There are so many

things of course that we take for granted and I'm not suggesting for a moment that we

try and artificially contrived that feeling in every moment of our day because that would

take a huge amount of effort. And yet at the same time, I think there's a little bit

of that that we can bring to every moment in our life. Not necessarily assuming that we
