H.B. is with us this weekend because he, in God's sovereignty, he sat next to me at a meeting last summer, in which he told me about a sermon that he had worked on and was

not able to preach.

Uh-huh.

And I said, well, would you come preach it at our church?

Yep.

And in a moment of haste, he said yes.

And God and his providence had brought him here on a date he chose, but it's date the

Lord also chose to

apparently give us 10 or 15 inches of snow.

So when this happened a decade ago at Capitol Baptist Church, Blake Boylston, preached

on Joshua 1 to about 400 people who managed to walk to church that Sunday.

And so we're seeing what the Lord will do with the snow and the attendance and the preaching

of Romans 3, 21 to 26.
