Hey, everybody, welcome to another episode of OG Therapy.

And today, as promised, we're going to give you some new tidbits, some how-toes in regards to your new year.

And I don't mean how to redo the same old 2024 year.

I mean how to do it better, how to do it different.

And one way that you can do it is you can take a little advice from good old Mr. Kazz here,

who's been around for a long time and has made lots of mistakes.

And one mistake I made, I don't make any more, I don't think.

I don't make it as much anymore, is I ask people to help me with things.

For a long time, like I'm sure many of you do, you try to figure out problems. You try to

make big decisions in your life. And when you're doing so, there's so many details, there's so

many things going on that when you try to explain it to loved ones and the people, sometimes

you just kind of spew it out, like you kind of firehose people with it. And they gave you

some feedback, they give some insight, They gave you some of their opinions.

And that can all be helpful.

However, there's no real rhyme or reason to that.

So a long time ago, I figured out something that I wish I could take credit for this one. Or I wish I could say I used like a client taught me this or I figured this out with helping

a client.
