And I say that introversion gives me purpose.

So I am an executive career and leadership coach.

And I work with introverted women to help them leverage their strengths so that they can achieve presence, positioning, and profit,

whatever gifts and talents they have in an extroverted world. I also help organizations

to leverage their talent pool in such a way that they're able to effectively develop leaders
