So how about you getting started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

Sure. All right, Kwame. So I'm, my name's Jason Harris.

I'm the co-founder and CEO of an advertising agency.

We're our name's Mechanism.

We're about 200 people, four offices.

We work on big brands like Ben and Jerry's Peloton, Charles Schwab, Jose Cuervo, et cetera, et cetera.
