Ernesta Arusha, former foreign minister of the Republic of Brazil,

and we're headed to Brazil, and Joseph Umar,

executive director of skill-free society, who has had a conversation with Minister

Bulrich, the Security Minister for the Republic of Argentina, Joseph is in Buenos Aires.

And I want to go back over a detail that Joseph gave us from his interview that's fresh to me. That is that

Minister Bullrich is concerned about Bolivia and its strengthening ties

with bad actors from outside the region in specific Tehran.

Just of my memory of Bolivia, when last we spoke of it,

was President Arse was having difficulty

with one particular province, I believe, an agricultural

province that connects with Brazil.

I don't recall more than that, although Eva Morales was always sort of floating around as a devil in the region and

Arse was under some pressure but after that Bolivia just left my immediate concern. What has happened there since then? Is Arce

under pressure? Is he obliging? Is Morales part of this conversation? Evo Morales is very conversation.

Evel Morales is very much a part of the conversation in Bolivia.

One of the things that happened very recently was this kind of political conglomeration that they have of

leftist socialists and in many cases criminal political elements in

Latin America is called the group of the Puebla and they met in Bolivia a few weeks ago and part of the meeting was designed around bringing ours and Morales together to get them on the same page.
