that's spread beyond Quito. Mexico welcomed the return of its Ecuador embassy personnel on

within hours two days after police raided the facility in Kito in an act that

triggered an abrupt diplomatic break while provoking global shock and condemnation of Ecuador, the South American nation.

Joseph, I start with you because as I understand it, there was a former regime executive seeking asylum in the Mexico,
