Summary

As the final moments of the year tick away, this meditation provides a sacred space for reflection and release. We'll gently review the past year, acknowledging both the triumphs and the challenges, and then consciously let go of anything that no longer serves us. This practice creates a sense of closure and prepares us to step into the new year with a clean slate.

This is a BONUS episode offering you a longer, guided meditation. Enjoy!
