So the holiday season is coming up and we know what that means. It means sort of renewal, right?

The year is ending. It's coming to an end. It's that

tail end of all the culmination of all the things that gone on through the year.

We're coming to that tail end and with this renewal, this new year, this new me, right? We always always hear that we think about all of these things we want to do in our new year to sustain our health

but how many of you go I'm gonna do this I'm gonna do this and I'm going to do this.

And then by February, you know, 20% of your list is gone.

By March 50%, by April you ain't doing it anymore

and we're back to our old habits.
