My name is Melanie Smallwood.

I'm the Chief Brand Partnerships Officer for Global Fashion Group.

We're a fashion e-commerce business that operates across 12 countries internationally.

We have a turnover in the double digit billions. So we're relatively well positioned in our markets.

And my role is anything and everything to do with commercial strategy.

So we work with 9,000 people across different countries,

from South America to Southeast Asia to Australia.

And yeah, it's a great job, great company, very diverse, very youth-oriented because our consumers are 18 to 25.

So yeah, it's a fantastic business.

I've been there for seven years now. Wow.

So I thoroughly enjoy it. And you say it, you say it's so calmly. It's such,
