Anyway, before we get to June, many of you know that we have a betrayal trauma recovery group that runs every day.

experiencing. They understand how to address it from an abuse perspective in order to help you get to safety as soon as possible.

And when I say safety, I don't mean physical safety per se, although it could include that. But emotional safety, if he's

going to continue to lie or manipulate you or gaslight you or everything else, you're going to keep

being harmed.
