Hi, babe. Welcome back to another episode of the Yoga Inspired Life podcast. I'm coming at you from New York City. I am back from my California trip.

And I'm feeling good because the weather in New York City today is chef's kiss.

Gorgeous, sunny, warm spring day.

I missed most of spring because I moved at the end of April last year.

So I did get the tail end of spring, but

these beginning stages of spring are just amazing, especially after a long and gray and pretty cold

winter. So I'm feeling good today. I'm happy to be back. I'm happy to be getting back into my routine.

And when thinking about what I wanted to talk to you about this week, the thing that kept coming up for me was

motivation. I'm sure you already know, but in case you didn't, I have been out of town for the past

16 days. I spent a little over two weeks in California. I spent a

week in Palm Springs and then half a week in Orange County and half a week in L.A. And I really did have

such a great time. It was so good to see my friends. It was so amazing to spend some quality time with my mom. I also

taught a yoga event for Allo Yoga in Venice, which was amazing. It was sold out. Best energy,

gorgeous day. I even got to meet some of you guys that listened to the podcast, and it was just

such a great day. And I really did have such a wonderful trip.

It was super restful and I was out of my regular routine that I had here in New York, which
