Welcome back to the Yoga Inspired Life podcast. I'm super happy to have you.

I was just thinking about how we are like three and a half months away from the end of 2022.

Is that blowing anybody else's mind? Like, I am shook.

This year has gone by so quickly.

I know it's not over yet.

I don't need to get too ahead of myself.

But I was just looking at my

calendar and thinking, how is it September 13th? How did that happen? Anyway, let's get into today's

episode. I received a DM from someone in my community asking how to live a yoga-inspired life

while working a 9-5. And this really got me thinking because I know

that the way that I live and work currently is not the norm. Right. I create my own schedule.

I can work when I want to and I can devote time to my practices when I need and want to.

And I am very aware that that is not typical. I am very aware that this

freedom that I have within my schedule is a luxury. So know that that is not lost on me. But also know

that before we dive into this, I will say that my life has not always been like this. I have been
