Hello and welcome to How To Be Fine. I'm Kristen Meinser.

0:10.1

And I'm Jolanda Greenberg. And today, we're here with a feedback episode.

0:16.4

That's right. Every third week, we share some of the stories you are listeners have shared

0:21.2

with us about the topics we've most recently covered on the show.

0:25.6

Because a lot of you write in and a lot of you have a really great things to say.

0:29.7

And today, the things you have to talk about are the Dougers and Ice Bads, as well as some

1:24.2

discomfort that she is profiting from her past year as a self-help authority on this topic,

1:29.7

when she has such a very, very long way to travel before she is remotely free indeed to reference

1:37.0

the title of her book. Yeah, it sounds like she moved on to a new church that is still not very free,

1:43.9

which is sad, but I think also part of the process of like leaving a group that indoctrinated you

1:50.9

so hard. Yeah, I also have to say I have some concerns about the fact that she kind of took her

1:56.9

father as her headship to use the language of the IBLP and then her husband became her headship
