Oh, yes. This hot topic, although maybe today we should call it a cool topic, is IceBad's.

Oh, a very cool topic indeed. I have shivers. I am so excited to hear about this.

So I don't know about you, Chris did, but IceBad's are all over my social media. Like people

are constantly plunging themselves into giant like metal horse troughs full of ice water.

I recently saw a girl on social media climb into what looked like just sort of a tall,

blue recycling bin like climbing on a chair to get up into it just full of ice water.

Everyone's in ice water. It's my daily ice bath. My pets right here. Real ice getting

two different sites. Just got to break it in the morning and then go in.
